Async-native task queue for Python, built on asyncio and Redis. Two explicit delivery modes: reliable (Streams, at-least-once, crash recovery) and fast (Lists, at-most-once) plus retries, dead letters, priorities, and rate limiting. Benchmarked against Celery.
